SHIPPING POLICY
Every order will be treated as priority to get shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12:00.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All products at veloxairsoft.com come with a 14 day no questions asked return policy. If you want to return a product it has to be in the same condition as it was bought in.
If you buy a product from VeloxAirsoft on site at an event or a game, we have a 7 days return policy.
All products returned to VeloxAirsoft shall be in the same condition as they where when they where ordered/bought.
If you change your mind and want to return your gun the only thing you will be charged for is the cost of shipping to VeloxAirsoft.
Broken products shall be reported and sent back to VeloxAirsoft immediately. If the product is in fact damaged by VeloxAirsoft or any of VeloxAirsoft's distributors or manufacturers the item will be replaced.

If you make a purchase from VeloxAirsoft during an event or game, we provide a 7-day return policy.
All returned products must be in the same condition as they were when originally ordered or bought from VeloxAirsoft.
In the event that you change your mind and decide to return your gun, you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to VeloxAirsoft.
In case of any defective or damaged products, please promptly report the issue and return the item to VeloxAirsoft. If the damage is determined to be caused by VeloxAirsoft, our distributors, or manufacturers, the item will be replaced.
